The Phase Manager interface is designed to provide you with easy navigation and a dashboard of your current project.
note: you can click on the blocks in the images below to learn more about their role.
The main screen is the dashboard of your project, and it allows you to quickly access all the features of Phase Manager.
The Current Project and Drawing blocks display information about the current project.
The reduced plan allows you to quickly identify which project you are working on, its name beeing mentioned in the Current project block with useful information to manage your project version:

Phase Manager will then start downloading the new version:
Then ask you to save the changes to your open project, before closing:
Important: the update is based on a command window that should not be interrupted or closed (it will close itself at the end of the update):
Phase Manager automatically restarts at the end of the update process.
This block allows to choose the language of the interface, but also to perform a certain number of operations relating to the opening and backup of projects:
![]() | Archive the project: a name for the archive is requested, then a location for the files to be saved to (all the project files are then saved in a directory named after the project). |
![]() | Opens a project from the current workspace: allows you to view the last modification dates. |
![]() | Exit Phase Manager |
