1. Zones categories

With Phase Manager 7, it is now possible to define zone categories and associate them with areas/axes. For example, the following sets of categories are possible:

• Temporary zone, Zone to be removed/demolished, Zone to be built…
• Cross-section area, Longitudinal section area, Plan view area…
• …

For each category, you can define a behavior based on the zone's status (display color and clipping):

Then, in LIVE or in deliverables, you can choose whether to display your project according to these categories.

2. What's new in Live View's MONTAGE mode

• 3 new pieces of information can be added to your video editing timeline:
  • Dynamic time information (TimeLine) :
    In editing mode, you can add one or more pieces of time information to all or part of your video, i.e. the date or period of the animation at a given time.
    This information can be customized:

  • Sound integration
    Still in this editing mode, sound can be added to make the animation more immersive.
    
  • Text integration
    Finally, Phase Manager 7 also lets you add free-form, timed text, which again adds dynamism to video animation.
    
• Automatic generation of a deliverable
  The latest significant development in MONTAGE mode is the ability to create a DELIVERY directly from the finished montage. A significant time-saver.

3. A completely redesigned interface

• Light mode / Dark mode
  Improving the user experience is one of the cornerstones of version 7. The implementation of dark mode illustrates this perfectly:
  
• Tab/window detachment
  When working with several screens, it can be useful to detach the tabs, as Phase Manager 7 now offers:

  The connected objects window has been redesigned to simplify their use and the creation of object groups:

    The colors on the deliverables have two levels:
    • Priority colors correspond to zone categories:
      
    • Secondary colors that can display zones according to an activity field, status color or zone color:

    In Phase Manager 7, we have grouped and restructured the bank of add-on objects in a single menu to simplify their use:
